The loudspeakers from a Dearborn, Michigan Mosque have finally been silenced and it's about time.

On October 29, 2009 report published by Fox News states that:

"a total of nine men are behind bars accused of plotting to overthrow the U.S. government and law enforcement while trying to establish  an Islamic State in the United States.  A two year FBI investigation into the radical Islamic group  in the Detroit area, ended in a shootout between federal agents and the leader of the group Wednesday evening.  The leader of the group,  Luqman Ameen Abdullah, 53, was shot and killed by FBI agents at a Dearborn warehouse after FBI agents raided the warehouse and Abdullah opened fire, refusing to surrender. Abdullah, a convicted felon, was wanted on charges of conspiracy to commit federal crimes, including selling stolen goods and illegal possession and sale of firearms. In a federal complaint, FBI Special Agent, Gary Leone describes Abdullah advocates for the "spread of Islam through violent jihad and violence against the United States government and against law enforcement."  A confidential informant, who was once a loyal follower of Abdullah, told the FBI about  multiple conversations he had with Abdullah. He also described an audio recording he listened to featuring Abdullah giving a sermon (from 2004). The informant said at one point in the sermon Abdullah was yelling "Police, so what? Police, die too! Feds die too!" and "do not carry a pistol if you're going to give it up to police. You give them a bullet." (rather than surrender your weapons)"

Well Abdullah, you gave the police a bullet and they gave you one back. Here's a little tip for you (as if it will do you any good now) a pistol is no match for a long range sniper rifle.

Abdullah is probably now finding out that there aren't 70 virgins waiting on him and "paradise" is a little "warmer" than he planned.

Why waste the time, money and resources deploying unmanned drones in Afghanistan and Pakistan when there is such a demand for them in Michigan?
