Homeland Stupdity: Brown Supporters to be "Rounded Up"

Homeland Stupidity

DOJ: Ed Brown supporters will be “rounded up”

The Homeland Stupidity website is reporting that:

"U.S. marshals in New Hampshire have made plans to arrest convicted tax protesters Ed and Elaine Brown of Plainfield, along with their supporters, according to an anonymous Justice Department source who also threatened this author with jail."

Is Randy Weaver the 1'st Victim of this new DOJ Policy?

Could this be why "Ruby Ridge" survivor Randy Weaver and his family were recently stalked on their property in Arkansas?  Prison Planet . Com is reporting that...

"Ruby Ridge massacre survivor Randy Weaver today appeared on the Alex Jones show to alert listeners to the fact that he appears to be under some kind of ongoing surveillance.

Weaver was woken early this morning by his neighbour who had witnessed at least one man in a black uniform moving around in the trees just feet away from Weaver's house.

The neighbour described a man in a black uniform who hurriedly left the scene in a black SUV...

Randy Weaver returned to his home in Arkansas this week after visiting Ed and Elaine Brown in Plainfield New Hampshire to make a stand with them and pledge his support.

Weaver traveled to the Brown property in an attempt to avert any bloodshed in the continuing standoff over the Browns' refusal to pay five years of income tax.

He took part in the press conference that was well attended by the mainstream media"

How sad is this? The government is harassing an elderly couple in New Hampshire, and years after murdering half of Weaver's family are now stalking what is left of Weaver and his family!

Even sadder is the fact that the recent Amnesty bill that President Bush was pushing (which failed for a third time yesterday), contained provisions that would forgive illegals for not paying taxes.

As Barbara Anderson recently wrote for American Chronicle, the Amnesty bill contained the following provisions ...

"No back taxes to be paid by illegals. Wish you could have that forgiveness?

Earned Income Tax break. Even if an illegal doesn’t make enough money to pay taxes, that illegal will be eligible for the EIT, a provision that gives a check to those eligible. Great deal, pay no taxes, receive a check, courtesy of those who do pay taxes.

Lawyers for illegals to be paid by taxpayers. When was the last time the government paid for your attorney?

DREAM act benefit. Even though an illegal may not live in the state where he/she wants to attend college or university, that illegal will be eligible for in-state tuition break. This is something lots of citizens will not have. Since they will likely be considered as minority status, they will go to the head of the line, thereby possibly crowding out a citizen. Slots for schools of higher learning are limited.

Amnesty for absconders. Those who have been through our court system and ordered to reappear often just do not show up. The southern border states’ courts are already clogged with cases involving illegals. Should we just forget about these who float around our country, in defiance of a court order?"

I would wager that most Americans (myself included) don't believe that we should have government taking part of our income and spending it however they wish.

If this is the case, then why do we pay them? Speaking only for myself, I compare the income tax to the mafia's "protection" payments. Pay it, and there is no problem, don't pay it and someone will be coming to talk to you my friend.

Isn't it odd that America was founded because the British were unfairly taxing Americans, yet today we have Americans being persecuted by their own government because of their stance against unfair taxation?

It would take a vile man who hated America to subjegate its citizens the same way the British did. Enter this man...

Abraham Lincoln. Though John Wilkes Booth tried to remedy the problem, it lived on long after Lincon's death and let's face it, the death of the South was the death of the nation, and I might add, it's last drop of freedom.

Chuck Morse of the Sierra Times in 2001 wrote ...

"The first direct tax on the income of the US citizen was unconstitutionally imposed by President Abraham Lincoln, August 5, 1861. The tax was meant to finance the Civil War. Executive fiat was employed under the guise of a war emergency. The emergency would justify, according to Lincoln, circumventing the lawful process of amending the constitution.

Lincoln's tax was 3% of all incomes of $800 or more. The implementation of this tax was swiftly followed by a graduated income tax which would tax incomes over $5,000 at a higher rate. The tax was supposed to last only during the Civil War but, in fact, wasn't suspended until 1872, eight years after the end of the conflict. Congress claimed, after the war, that the tax was needed to pay for reconstruction. President Ulysses S. Grant suspended the unpopular tax in 1872, an election year."

Morse continues...

"In 1912, the supporters of direct taxation were bankers and businessmen who needed a steady stream of taxpayer funds to support their plan for a central banking cartel. They sought to amend the Constitution so as to make the tax permanent and not vulnerable to repeal as it was in the past. They also supported, with massive infusions of well placed cash, a Constitutional amendment to directly elect Senators, thus undermining States rights and, by doing so, diluting the ability of States to prevent their power grab.

President William Howard Taft did nothing to either assist or prevent these schemes. The charge that the 16th Amendment, the income tax amendment, was fraudulently passed has been largely substantiated by numerous researchers. The story of how this happened is well documented in the book "The Law That Never Was" by William Benson. The 16th Amendment was quietly signed into law by Attorney General Philander Knox a few days before Taft left office.

We are living the rest of the story with approximately one third of our income, the fruit of our labor in this allegedly free country, extracted in direct taxation. The IRS is a colossal bureaucracy today with frightening police powers. Ur right to own private property, a right that men fought and died for in the American Revolution and guaranteed by our Constitution, has been seriously, and perhaps irreparably compromised. We are fast becoming a nation of serfs."

Though the Amnesty bill failed for a third time yesterday, you can be sure that Bush and his cronies will continue to push for amnesty for millions of illegal aliens and while millions of Americans continue to be treated like serfs, you can bet the illegals will continue to be treated like royalty.

this is no different than the hijacking of our daily lives, by raising our fuel prices to the point that it knocks us down. WE MUST AS A WHOLE KNOW WHEN TO SAY WHEN. To stand up and say no more..
