"There will be a monument dedication for General J.O. Shelby on Saturday  June 27, 2009 at 3:00 pm, in Waverly, Missouri.

The Governors of Kentucky & Missouri plan to give speeches along with U.S. Congressman Ike Skelton.

Best of all the organizers have made arrangements for a B-52 bomber to do a “flyover” in tribute to General Shelby.
