Missouri says "No!" to Real ID, HB 361 (anti real ID bill) passes Senate

What a proud day to be a Missourian! Today the Missouri Senate passed HB 361 which :

"Specifies that an applicant for a driver's license, nondriver's license, or instruction permit cannot have his or her privacy rights violated when obtaining or renewing a driver's license "

There are many people to thank for this bill and the protection of the privacy for all of Missouri's citizens.

First and foremost, State Rep. Jim Guest (who sponsored the bill),State Rep. Brian Nieves (co-sponsor), Senate Majority Leader Kevin Engler for allowing this bill to be voted on in the Missouri Senate and most of all YOU!

Everyone who took the time to call Senator Charles Shields and demand that he let the bill out of committee, everyone who called Senator Kevin Engler and asked that he allowed this bill to be voted on.

This was truly a grass-roots effort by the people of Missouri and a victory for Freedom and the Constitution!
